CERAKOTE APPLICATION
Here at CeramX we specialise in thin film coating using Cerakote High Temp Coatings. Cerakote is a perfect coating for use on motorsport applications due to its thin film technology and its durability to protect materials in high temperature environments.
KASHIMA | TI-NITRIDE/PVD / DLC
Kashima coating is another service we are able to offer. Anodising and Kashima extremely thin film and durable coatings designed for use on aluminium to protect but also enhance and allow customisation. Our main application for this is on motorcycle and race car suspension. Kashima is a form of anodising but with far more positives. The process embeds the material deep into the alloy, the coating its self improves lubrication allowing the components to move more easily , and the hard wearing surface adds for great durability.
VAPOUR BLASTING
CeramX has recently took on a vixen 915 aquablast machine to add to all of our other services. The aqua blast machine is designed for deep cleaning and restoring of the parts without causing damage to the parts surface. Some parts can be seen on our page being brought back to a better than new condition using just the aqua blaster alone.
